Andi Staffan
Andi launched Winston & Roark in 2007 after working with a large, national recruiter. Her focus on the secondaries space started soon after when she built out a small secondaries platform for a family office and saw the potential of the market. Prior to recruiting, Andi worked at ProLogis, a large REIT, within their development and fund group. Andi received her BA in History from University of Arizona and her JD from Michigan State University College of Law.

Steph Collins
Steph joined Winston & Roark in 2021. She holds her Masters in Childhood Education. Steph is passionate about making connections for others both in her personal and professional realms. Steph focuses her searches within IR/Fundraising, primarily for secondaries funds. She is a longtime Saratoga Springs community member where she currently lives with her family.

Bret Celeste
Bret joins Winston & Roark with an extensive recruiting background in Finance, Legal, and Sports. Prior to joining the team, Bret was a lead recruiter at a prominent recruiting boutique in New York, where he worked with large law firms, Fortune 500 companies, as well as more niche clients in the entertainment, sports, and investment sectors. Bret's recruiting experience began in the sports world, where he served as the director of domestic recruiting for two Division I collegiate soccer programs in New York. He received his B.A. and Master's degrees from Binghamton University and is a Saratoga Springs native.
